Trust and transparency
Delete your data
You can request permanent deletion from the dashboard. If you cannot sign in, support can start a verified request.
Effective July 19, 2026
Delete from the dashboard
- Sign in at dashboard.dispatchpost.dev.
- Open Settings from the main navigation.
- Select the workspace or brand you want to remove, then choose Request deletion.
- Read the deletion summary and confirm the permanent request.
- Keep the deletion status page open or return to Settings to monitor completion and any required manual action.
A deletion request is permanent. The dashboard blocks new workspace activity while the request is being processed.
If you cannot sign in
Email support@dispatchpost.dev from the address associated with your Dispatchpost account. Include the workspace or brand name and the social platform involved.
Do not send passwords, API keys, access tokens, or social account credentials. We will verify control of the account before starting a deletion.
Facebook, Instagram, and Threads requests
If you reached this page from a Meta product, use the dashboard steps above. If you no longer have Dispatchpost access, email support from your account address and state that the request came from Facebook, Instagram, or Threads.
Deleting Dispatchpost data does not delete content already published to Meta or another social network. Remove published content directly through that network.
What deletion covers
A completed workspace deletion removes or revokes:
- Workspace, brand, channel, post, and delivery records.
- Stored media and associated metadata.
- Provider credentials and social connection state.
- Active API keys and authentication sessions.
- Eligible usage, request, webhook, and operational records.
Provider or storage failures are retried. Dispatchpost does not mark a request complete while a required deletion step is still blocked.
Timing and limited retention
Active credentials are revoked and normal access is blocked when the deletion workflow begins. Most live records are removed as the job completes.
Backups are purged within 30 days. Opaque accounting and security tombstones may be retained for up to 90 days, then permanently deleted. These records are limited to what is needed for security, abuse prevention, accounting integrity, or legal compliance.
