Who operates Dispatchpost

Dispatchpost is operated by Ideaplexa LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company in the United States. In this policy, “Dispatchpost,” “we,” and “us” refer to Ideaplexa LLC.

Information we collect

Account and access information

We collect the email address used to sign in, authentication session data, invite or access status, and security records associated with account access.

Workspace and publishing information

We collect workspace and brand names, social channel identifiers, post content, media metadata, schedules, delivery status, provider responses, usage records, API key metadata, and operational events.

Social connection information

For managed connections, Outstand handles social authorization and social API access. We store the identifiers, status, and operational data needed to publish. Direct-provider credentials may be encrypted and stored only when a native adapter is explicitly enabled.

Technical information

We may collect request identifiers, timestamps, IP-derived security signals, user agent information, errors, webhook events, and logs needed to secure and operate the service. Logs are designed not to store raw API keys or provider secrets.

How we use information

• Authenticate users and enforce workspace ownership.
• Connect channels and publish requested social content.
• Schedule, retry, reconcile, cancel, and audit deliveries.
• Store and serve media used in posts.
• Measure capacity, enforce rate limits, and prevent abuse.
• Respond to support, deletion, and security requests.
• Maintain, troubleshoot, and improve reliability.
• Comply with applicable legal obligations.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use customer social content to train a general-purpose AI model.

Service providers and social networks

We disclose information only as needed to operate requested services:

• Cloudflare provides Workers, D1, R2, queues, workflows, security, networking, and transactional email infrastructure.
• Outstand provides managed social account connection and publishing infrastructure.
• Social networks receive content and account instructions when you ask Dispatchpost to publish or manage a connection.

Better Auth is the authentication software operated within our own service. It is not a separate data recipient. Dispatchpost does not currently use a payment processor. This policy will be updated before payment data is collected for a paid service.

Legal bases and your choices

Depending on where you live, processing may rely on your contract with us, our legitimate interests in providing and securing the service, your consent, or compliance with law.

You may ask to access, correct, export, restrict, object to, or delete personal information. Some rights depend on local law. Contact us at support@dispatchpost.dev. We may need to verify your identity before acting.

Retention and deletion

Active workspace data is retained while needed to provide the service. Operational logs and provider request records are retained for the periods needed for reliability, security, and dispute handling.

A verified deletion request starts a job that revokes active API keys, disconnects channels, removes stored media, scrubs provider credentials, and deletes eligible workspace records. Retryable provider or storage failures block completion rather than being silently ignored.

Backups are purged within 30 days. Opaque accounting and security tombstones may be retained for up to 90 days, then permanently deleted. Posts already published to third-party networks remain there until you remove them through that network.

Security and international processing

We use access controls, scoped credentials, encryption where appropriate, request validation, structured logging, and provider signature verification. No system can guarantee absolute security.

Dispatchpost is operated in the United States. Cloud infrastructure, providers, and social networks may process information in other countries under their own safeguards and legal obligations.

Children and policy changes

Dispatchpost is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

We may update this policy when the product, providers, or law changes. Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date before they take effect where required.
