Support
Tell us what happened and what you were trying to do. A monitored support address handles product, privacy, and security requests.
Effective July 19, 2026
Contact Dispatchpost
Email support@dispatchpost.dev. Include the account email, workspace name, affected destination, and approximate time of the event when relevant.
Never send a password, one-time code, API key, access token, or social account credential.
Publishing and connection help
For a post or channel problem, include:
- The workspace or brand name.
- The social destination and channel name.
- The post or delivery identifier, if visible.
- The status shown in the dashboard.
- The time and time zone when the action occurred.
If a delivery status is unknown, do not publish the same post again until the provider state has been checked.
Access and API help
For sign-in or access issues, email from the address associated with your account. For API, MCP, or CLI issues, include the request ID and error code but remove bearer tokens and secret values.
Privacy and deletion
Privacy, access, correction, and deletion requests can be sent to the same support address. We may verify account control before disclosing or deleting data.
Workspace deletion can also be started from Settings in the dashboard. See the data deletion instructions for steps and retention details.
Security reports
Report suspected vulnerabilities, leaked credentials, or unauthorized account access to support@dispatchpost.dev. Use “Security report” in the subject and avoid including sensitive exploit data until we reply with a safe exchange method.
Do not access another user’s data, disrupt the service, or publicly disclose an unresolved vulnerability.
