Terms of Service

Agreement and operator

These Terms of Service form an agreement between you and Ideaplexa LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company that operates Dispatchpost. By accessing or using Dispatchpost, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you use Dispatchpost for a company or other organization, you state that you have authority to accept these terms for that organization.

Eligibility and access

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract. Access may be invite-based, manually reviewed, limited, suspended, or withdrawn while the service remains in private access.

You are responsible for safeguarding your email access, sessions, API keys, provider connections, and any agent credentials. Notify us promptly if you believe an account or credential has been compromised.

Your content and permissions

You keep ownership of content you submit. You grant Ideaplexa LLC a limited, worldwide license to host, process, reproduce, transmit, and format that content only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the requested service.

You confirm that you have all rights and permissions needed for the text, media, brands, accounts, and instructions you submit. You also authorize Dispatchpost and its providers to act on connected social accounts within the permissions you grant.

Acceptable use

You may not use Dispatchpost to:

• Violate law, sanctions, regulations, or another party’s rights.
• Publish spam, scams, harassment, threats, or unlawful content.
• Impersonate others or misrepresent account authorization.
• Distribute malware or attempt unauthorized access.
• Circumvent rate limits, quotas, reviews, or security controls.
• Reverse engineer or disrupt the service or its providers.
• Use social networks in ways that violate their terms, policies, or platform rules.

We may investigate suspected abuse and suspend or terminate access to protect users, providers, social networks, or the service.

Agents and automated actions

You decide which people, applications, and AI agents may use your account. You are responsible for their instructions and actions. Scoped API keys are available to limit access, but you must choose and maintain appropriate permissions.

Automated publishing can produce unwanted or irreversible results. Review workflows, destinations, schedules, and permissions before enabling publish access. Dispatchpost may block ambiguous retries to avoid duplicate social posts.

Social networks and providers

Dispatchpost relies on third-party providers and social networks. Their services, approvals, limits, terms, and availability are outside our control. You must maintain valid social account authorization and comply with each network’s rules.

Managed connections currently use Outstand. Direct adapters are enabled only after implementation and provider approval. Dispatchpost does not silently switch a scheduled delivery to a different provider.

Service changes, availability, and previews

We may change, limit, or discontinue features to improve safety, reliability, compliance, or product focus. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service.

Private or preview access may contain defects and may change without notice. Published social posts may remain visible even if Dispatchpost is unavailable or your workspace is later deleted.

Fees

Dispatchpost does not currently offer self-service paid plans. If paid services are introduced, pricing, billing terms, taxes, cancellation, and refund rules will be disclosed before you incur a charge.

Termination and deletion

You may stop using the service, disconnect channels, revoke API keys, or request workspace deletion. We may suspend or terminate access for breach, risk, legal requirements, provider restrictions, or service discontinuation.

Terms that by their nature should survive will continue after termination, including ownership, acceptable use responsibility, disclaimers, limits of liability, indemnity, and dispute terms.

Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dispatchpost is provided “as is” and “as available.” Ideaplexa LLC disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, noninfringement, and uninterrupted availability.

You are responsible for reviewing content and complying with social network rules. We do not guarantee that a provider will accept, publish, preserve, or remove content.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ideaplexa LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, business, or social account access.

Our total liability arising from the service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us for the service during the six months before the event giving rise to the claim or 100 US dollars. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limits, so those limits may not apply to you.

Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you will defend and indemnify Ideaplexa LLC from claims, losses, and expenses arising from your content, connected accounts, agents, instructions, violation of these terms, or violation of another party’s rights.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules. State and federal courts with lawful jurisdiction in Wyoming may hear claims that cannot be resolved informally.

Before filing a claim, contact support@dispatchpost.dev and allow 30 days for an informal resolution, unless urgent relief or law requires otherwise.

General terms and contact

If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these terms without our consent. We may assign them as part of a merger, financing, reorganization, or sale of the service.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date. Questions may be sent to support@dispatchpost.dev.
